Brief Summary of Position:

We are currently looking for bakers and preppers who enjoy the art of dough and cooking! Our bakers and preppers are extremely self-sufficient, understand sense of urgency and don’t mind getting a little messy. Multi-tasking and juggling several responsibilities while also having fun is integral to this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take pride in the making great food from scratch.
  • Delivering the highest quality of dough each day.
  • Following PAR levels and preparing dough, other fresh food and executing freezer pulls.
  • Driving sales through great operations and guest service.
  • Work with your team on the production line, prep area(s) and helping wherever needed.
  • Ensuring the least amount of food waste each day: understanding that profit provides possibility.
  • Learn to work in all possible positions within the restaurant.
  • Ensuring food safety standards are high priority. Taking pride in an extremely clean restaurant.

What You’ll Need:

  • A hospitality driven personality and an attitude that is guest focused.
  • Prefer 2+ years of baking/prepping experience. Minimum of 1 years of experience in baking/prepping.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding prep lists and prepping parts.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols they relate to baking equipment, hot surfaces and cutlery.
  • Must be able to stand / work on feet for extended periods of time & lift at least 50 lbs
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
